The film behind the video
JIMMY stars KJ Apa as Jimmy Stewart. Directed by Aaron Burns and written by Justin Strawhand, the film moves from Hollywood success through wartime service to Stewart’s return to play George Bailey in It’s a Wonderful Life.
Filmed in West Cork, Ireland, JIMMY has a US theatrical release of 6 November 2026. In Ireland, it screens at MTU Cork School of Music on 21 November 2026 at 8:15pm; a wider Irish cinema release date is awaiting confirmation.
