Dark Bubbles Of Loneliness is an upcoming feature film scheduled to shoot in spring next year. The story follows Bailey, a girl whose difficult and traumatic relationship with her father shapes much of her life. Bailey struggles to talk about her feelings, which are expressed through her imaginary friend, Bubbles. At the age of 14, Bailey is diagnosed with schizophrenia. Mental health awareness is a significant aspect of the film, with the aim of breaking down stigma and highlighting that everyone has a story that influences who they are without defining them. Themes explored include bullying, toxic relationships, loneliness, depression and trauma. The production already has some crew attached but is looking to bring on additional creatives to support the project.
